Global works to meet or exceed all local, state and federal standards designed to protect our neighbors and the environment. Our terminals follow strict operating procedures, including safety measures to prevent spills or fires.

Since purchasing the Clatskanie terminal in 2013, the facility has undergone more than 200 third-party inspections — many unannounced. There have been no substantive violations.

The site has undergone more than $21 million in improvements. Global has modernized and expanded the existing dock, adding critical safety and environmental protections beyond our already extensive spill prevention and spill containment systems.
